The Thrive at Work Wellbeing Programme is available to Organisations in the Shropshire area. Delivered by West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) the programme aims to build a healthier, happier, better connected and more prosperous West Midlands.
- Thrive at Work is funded by the Midlands Engine, at no cost to organisations in the Shropshire area, designed to create a workplace that promotes employee health and wellbeing and also incorporates the valuable contribution of Volunteers. Thrive at Work focuses on key organisational enablers of health such as attendance management, policies, and procedures in addition to health areas such as mental, musculoskeletal, and physical health and promoting healthy lifestyles.
- It is designed to maximise the potential of employees through reduced sickness absence, improved retention, increased resilience, and more productivity by assisting employers to create a healthier and happier workforce for all.
- The Thrive at Work Programme is based on academic research from top Midlands universities and has been designed by experts in Mental Health to provide employers with a comprehensive analysis of employee health needs.
- An accreditation programme is available to recognise and reward employers committed to excellence in employee mental health and wellbeing.
