NAVCA News: #volunteersweek

Volunteers’ Week is an annual celebration of the fantastic contribution millions of volunteers make across the UK. It takes place from 1-7┬áJune every year and there are over 250 events organised to commemorate it this year.

As always this year’s celebration highlights the vital role of local volunteering infrastructure – services that are often overlooked but without which local volunteering would be considerably diminished.

Don’t forget to keep tweeting about the volunteering you are supporting locally. All events across the country can be found on the Volunteers Week website.
