Who Are We?
The Green Shropshire Xchange is a new group in Shropshire promoting communication between different groups on the subject of climate change and sustainable living.
“Our philosophy is that we can only achieve the pace and scale of change necessary by putting our heads together, pooling our ideas and resources and restructuring our individual goals”
The network lobbies and seeks to influence policy and decision making and is a key communication link between community groups and the waste industry, regulators and statutory agencies. It is a provider of significant information. The network meets every 2-3 months to exchange information, discuss topical issues, share ideas and experiences.
