The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust (SaTH) is seeking a Professorial Chair for its Leadership Academy, which aims to create world class leaders at its two acute hospitals.
The Trust, which runs the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital (RSH) and the Princess Royal Hospital (PRH) in Telford, launched the Academy just over 12 months ago. Its aim is to create and support leaders to develop their skills at all levels of the organisation as part of the Trust’s vision to provide the safest and kindest care in the NHS.
Now the Trust is looking for an exceptional individual to take on the new position of Professorial Chair to drive the delivery of the Academy. It is a pivotal role, and the individual must have considerable experience in providing leadership in public facing environments, preferably in the NHS.
Full details about the position, which is for approximately one day a week, are available on the SaTH website – www.sath.nhs.uk.
Anyone interested in the position should contact SaTH Chief Executive, Simon Wright, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org by Wednesday 10 January 2018.
