The ESIF sub-committee is an integral part of the UK governance arrangements for the current 2014-2020 EU programme and representatives on this sub-committee provide valuable local intelligence and oversight across all the strategic priorities: Research and Innovation; SME Competitiveness; ICT; Low Carbon Economy; Environment; Employment and Skills; and Social Inclusion.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a voluntary, community and social enterprise representative to join the Marches ESIF sub-committee and individuals who feel they can speak on behalf of this sector are encouraged to apply.
In addition it is important that anyone interested has some knowledge and understanding of the local economy and experience of EU funding regimes would be an advantage.
An application form will need to be completed and returned by 12 noon on Friday 12 January 2018 and candidates will be notified of the outcome week beginning the 22 January.
Please note applicants may be asked to take part in a discussion on Friday 19 January, which may be via phone or face to face.
The application pack and form can be accessed through the following link by clicking here.
