Performance & Information Officer
F/T £20,538 – £24,449 per annum, depending on experience

As part of a small team working in partnership with local authorities, activity providers, and organisations both in and outside of the sport and physical activity sector, the Energize Performance & Information Officer will play an important role within the team helping to build the evidence base and demonstrate the wider outcomes that sport and physical activity can play in improving people’s lives. You will play a particular role in data collection and therefore will be required to work closely with partners.
You should have a degree, or appropriate industry qualifications, which demonstrate your ability to use and manipulate data and research to develop evidence bases. You should also have the ability to clearly and confidently communicate information and performance data to others.

Initial 2 year contract (with potential for extension depending on future contract extension)
Energize have been awarded a contract by Shropshire Council’s Help2Change team to pilot community based exercise classes for older people across the Local Authority area to assist in improving balance and mobility, reducing the risk of falls.
We are seeking an experienced project officer to coordinate the programme. The successful candidate will be organised and confident in communicating with a variety of audiences. Enthusiasm and an understanding of working with older people are essential.
