Carers Trust 4 All together with Parent and Carer Council and Shropshire Council invite you to join us for Carers Rights Day 2017.
Friday 24th November is National Carers Rights Day
Carers Rights Day is a chance to bring organisations together to help carers in the local community know their rights and find out how to get the help and support they are entitled to.
Carers can be any age ranging from children as young as 5 yrs up to adults in their 90’s
If you are caring for someone at the moment, who cannot manage without your help, or know someone who is a carer, and would like to find out more about your rights and how to get help, come along to an event in Shrewsbury
Date: Friday 24th November
Venue: Shrewsbury Baptist Church
Time: 9.45 am – 1 pm, light refreshments included
The day is free to attend and will include
- Welcome and overview from the Directors of Adult Social Services (Andy Begley) and the Director of Children’s Services(Karen Bradshaw) with a chance to ask questions
- A number of workshop sessions
- Light refreshments
- An information market place.
