Do you want to develop a deeper understanding of the 6Cs and how they apply to you?
NHS England in Shropshire and Staffordshire are keen to showcase the way in which they are improving the quality of care in nursing homes across the region.
With this in mind, we are organising a free event in order to reiterate the key necessities of the 6Cs which are: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage and Commitment.
The aim of the event is invite representatives from both local authority and independent care homes to listen to key-note speakers, meet and engage with different health services and providers across Shropshire and Staffordshire and to get a richer understanding of the importance of quality patient care.
An agenda and toolkit, including national 6Cs presentations and other fun activities, including word searches will be provided on the day.
6Cs experts will be in attendance at the conference, as well as key-note speakers, drama based training from AFTA Thought (www.aftathought.co.uk) and Jill Fraser, co-founder of the charity, Kissing it Better. (www.kissingitbetter.co.uk)
The event is set to provide a platform for engaging, learning and expanding core skills to provide the best service to those in need of patient care.
Please complete the attached registration form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org by no later than 1 July.
